Voto y proceso electoral extraterritorial

Abstract

This paper addresses relevant questions about voting from abroad attending to the current state of the discussion about said institution. As an explanatory complement, empirical manifestations of the phenomenon will be used, with the extraterritorial electoral process as a specific framework. This work is descriptive and its content derives from the review of normative, jurisprudential, theoretical and empirical sources. It is not the intention of the text to resolve objections or deepen theories related to or on extraterritorial voting, on the contrary, its intention is to advance in the understanding of its basic notions.
