Estudio de viabilidad turística para el desarrollo de alojamientos sustentables en tres destinos de deporte de turismo aventura en Chile

Abstract

El turismo y la industria de la hotelería basan su negocio en ofrecer experiencias, y cada vez los viajeros buscan que éstas sean más específicas y adaptadas a sus expectativas. En consecuencia, de esto se han desarrollado nuevos conceptos, diseños y tipos de turismo y hotelería que adoptan las innovaciones que la tecnología actual les ha entregado. En este contexto surgió el presente proyecto, que apunta a crear tres alojamientos sustentables en distintos destinos turísticos: Caleta Chañaral de Aceituno, Cajón del Maipo y Puerto Bertrand donde se puedan practicar deportes de aventura como montañismo, buceo y deportes de río respectivamente. El enfoque de estos será principalmente ofrecer alojamientos de alta calidad y sustentables para viajeros nacionales e internacionales que buscan realizar estos deportes de aventura. La motivación por la que surge este proyecto es poder generar conocimiento y conciencia sobre la relevancia de la biodiversidad y el turismo para el desarrollo natural, social, cultural y económico de los diferentes destinos. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se dividirá en tres secciones: investigativa, explicativa y conclusiones.

Tourism and the hotel industry base their business on offering experiences and travelers are increasingly looking for these to be more specific and adapted to their expectations. As a consequence of this, new concepts, designs and types of tourism and hotels have been developed that adopt the innovations that current technology has delivered. In this context, the present project arose, which aims to create three sustainable accommodations in different tourist destinations: Caleta Chañaral de Aceituno, Cajón del Maipo and Puerto Bertrand where adventure sports such as mountaineering, diving and kayaking or rafting can be practiced respectively. The focus of these will be mainly to offer high-quality and sustainable accommodation for national and international travelers who seek to practice these adventure sports. The motivation from which this project arises is to be able to educate, generate knowledge and awareness about the relevance of biodiversity and tourism for the natural, social, cultural and economic development of the different destinations. To develop this project, it will be divided in three sections: investigative, explanatory and conclusions.
