Estudio Prefactibilidad Técnico - Económica Para la Viabilidad de Implementar un Centro Médico Enfocado en la Toma de Muestras de Test Rápidos en la Provincia de Talagante

Abstract

El presente proyecto de prefactibilidad técnico- económica tiene como objetivo la instalación de un centro médico enfocado principalmente en la toma de exámenes del tipo test rápido, el cual permite obtener resultados de forma rápida y segura para cada paciente. La idea de negocio, es que la población de la Provincia de Talagante pueda tener acceso a este tipo de pruebas, ya que hoy, no cuenta con centros privados que presten este tipo de servicios. Inicialmente, el negocio se enfocará en la toma de exámenes como ITS (VIH, sífilis, hepatitis A-B-C), a medida que el negocio se vaya dando a conocer se comenzarán a implementar otros tipos de test. Además, de ir analizando con el tiempo las necesidades de la población y que la industria vaya elaborando nuevos test rápidos de acuerdo a nuevas enfermedades y/o infecciones. El consumidor objetivo se encontrará segmentado de acuerdo con las siguientes variables: Etaria, Demográfica y Socioeconómica, que habiten en la Provincia de Talagante, esto incluye a las cinco comunas que pertenecen a ella, tales como, Talagante, Peñaflor, Padre Hurtado, Isla de Maipo y El Monte, y que sean sexualmente activas en un rango de edad desde los 15 a 64 años. Por último, se realiza un estudio económico y financiero para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto, realizando una proyección a 5 años para decidir si es rentable realizarlo.

The present technical-economic prefeasibility project aims to establish a medical center primarily focused on conducting rapid diagnostic tests, which provide quick and reliable results for each patient. The business idea is to offer the population of the Province of Talagante access to these types of tests, as there are currently no private centers offering such services in the area. Initially, the business will concentrate on tests for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis A-B-C. As the center gains recognition, other types of tests will be incorporated. Additionally, the center will assess the evolving needs of the population and adapt as the industry develops new rapid tests for emerging diseases and/or infections. The target consumer will be segmented according to age, demographics, and socioeconomic status, focusing on individuals residing in the Province of Talagante. This includes the five communes that comprise the province: Talagante, Peñaflor, Padre Hurtado, Isla de Maipo, and El Monte, specifically those who are sexually active and between the ages of 15 and 64. Finally, an economic and financial analysis is conducted to determine the project's feasibility, with a five-year projection to assess whether it is profitable to implement.
