Programa de capacitación sobre el Decreto Nº 44 para trabajadores del área de la Construcción. Constructora H. Chile. 2024-2025.

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto de título trata sobre la implementación del nuevo Decreto N°44 dentro de las instalaciones de trabajo de Constructora H, una empresa del rubro de la construcción de viviendas y edificios particulares en el sector oriente de Santiago, el objetivo de este proyecto es dar cumplimiento legal al Decreto N°44, el cual comenzó a regir desde 01 de febrero 2025, y cual derogo al Decreto N°40, el que aprobaba el reglamento sobre prevención de riesgos profesionales y el Decreto N° 54,quien regulaba el funcionamiento de los comités paritarios. El Decreto N°44, incorpora un enfoque de género en la gestión de riesgos laborales, considerando la diferencia de exposición y vulnerabilidad entre hombres y mujeres, lo cual genera un cambia el paradigma a nivel nacional. The following title project deals with the implementation of the new Decree N°44 within the work facilities of Constructora H, a company in the field of construction of homes and private buildings in the eastern sector of Santiago, the objective of this project is to give legal compliance to Decree N°44, which came into force on February 1, 2025, and which repealed Decree N°40, which approved the regulations on occupational risk prevention and Decree N° 54, which regulated the functioning of the joint committees. Decree No. 44 incorporates a gender approach in the management of occupational risks, considering the difference in exposure and vulnerability between men and women, which generates a paradigm shift at the national level.
